ABOUT OUR FOUNDER

JoVonn P. Jefferson is a Christian. He is originally from Kansas City, Missouri, and is now rooted in Atlanta Georgia.

 The vision of branding his own t-shirt and apparel business was sparked and inspired by his desire to spread the name of Jesus and encourage as many people possible.

He credits his design ideals to being lead by the Holy Spirit.

 

Each design was created out of something that he truly "Believe" in. Hence, the name Believe Tees and Apparel.

  • PAYMENTS & PROCESSING
    All payments are processed through Wix and PayPal through a secure payment processor. We do not accept money orders or checks. Please allow 3 business days after payment has been confirmed for processing and then order will ship. We ship all domestic orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
  • PRIVACY POLICY
    We understand that privacy and confidentiality is your top concern when shopping online. We use the necessary physical and electronic means to keep your information safe and private. We do not give out your personal or financial information to third parties. All information collected from you will remain private and confidential. ​ ​
  • SHIPPING & TRACKING
    USPS Priority Shipping: $8.99 Delivery Time: 3 - 5 business days ​ Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation. Please allow 24 hours from when this email is received to check for tracking number and/or shipping activity. If you don't receive your shipping confirmation in your inbox, please check your spam folder. If you haven’t received a tracking number within 2 business days please contact customer care at believeteesandappareal@gmail.com.
  • RETURNS & EXCHANGES
    All sales are FINAL SALE (no refunds). If you receive damaged merchandise or you are not satisfied with your merchandise, please ship it back for an exchange only. We will accept your merchandise within 7 days after the date of delivery of your order. After we receive your returned item(s), please allow up to 10 business days to receive your exchanged items. ​ If you receive a damaged or defective item (including sale items), please contact us immediately at believeteesandappareal@gmail.com. We will replace the item(s) at no additional cost. Before returning any defective or damaged items, please remember to contact (via email) first.
